Video Reading of this book on YouTube:

I am so pleased to announce the upcoming release of the latest book which revolves around the adventures of the characters from my "Littles" stories. This fifth book references scripture concerning The Feast of Tabernacles. This seventh of the feasts listed in Leviticus, the third and final of the fall feasts, is a time for remembering, rejoicing, and anticipation. The feasts are times on God’s calendar which are of great importance to Him.(1)

The friends had spent most of their morning just
taking in the splendor of the garden.
They giggled at the antics of the creatures
who seemed to want to engage with them. Surely nothing
else this day could grab their attention
like this jewel of a treasure.

This great Feast points to a time in the future when all of God’s people will worship Him on earth. His presence will be among us. His glory will be so intense that there will be no need for the sun and the moon.(2) It will be a time of great celebration and joy. Oh, how His people will sing Halleluiah to The King of Kings and Lord of Lords.(3) Jesus, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,(4) will reign on the throne.(5)

She whispered aloud as she read, “rejoice, remember,
hosanna, feast.” Many more appeared. Some familiar. Some not.
They began to fall close to her head so she looked up to
see that they were landing upon the sukkah which was
covered in palm, willow, and myrtle branches.

The story told here references the scriptures which describe The Feast of Tabernacles. Lottie’s vision is intended to show the symbolism between the living water and the light of the world, both of which refer to Jesus, as they were portrayed in the early temple ceremonies. Jesus “tabernacled” with us when He came to earth and walked, ministered, healed, and prayed. One day He will return to dwell with us. We celebrate now knowing that the day is coming!

So great was her excitement that she picked up two
palms from the ground and began to wave them
uncontrollably. She stepped back to take in the
sight and smell of the newly decorated sukkah.

That is when she caught a glimpse of a shimmering
being hovering overhead. The great substance of
light descended to the ground approaching the
opening of the sukkah. The brilliance took over.

We look to the heavens and say, “Holy is the Lamb, who was, and is, and is to come!”(6) We sing and shout, hosanna(7) to God in the highest, worthy is The Lamb.”(8) Praise King Jesus, may we shake, shake, shake the lulav to the east, south, west, north, up and down in anticipation of the glorious celebration that is to come.

Lottie jumped to her feet, threw her arms over her
head and recited, “Blessed are You, O LORD,
King of the Universe who has sanctified
us by His commandments and commanded

us to dwell in the sukkah.”

Perhaps you will read and study the scriptures concerning this feast. Perhaps you will build a sukkah with your family. Perhaps you will sing the words from Lottie’s song, “We celebrate this mighty thing, throughout the earth let praises ring, The Feast of GOD, eternal KING.” Surely you will come to a greater understanding of the times of The Lord.

I wish you well and may you be blessed, as in the words of Aaron,(9) The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
